ConsultWise sells downloadable digital documents (editable templates and print-ready PDFs). This policy explains your refund and, for EU/UK consumers, statutory withdrawal rights. It forms part of our Terms of Sale.
Your catalog is delivered as an immediate download (a secure, time-limited link, also available under “My Library”). Because the files are editable and usable as soon as they are downloaded, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the download has begun.
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content supplied immediately, that right is lost only if, before the download starts, you (a) expressly request immediate performance and (b) acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. At checkout we ask you to confirm exactly this before you can pay, and we record your confirmation with your order.
If you have not started the download and are within 14 days of purchase, you may withdraw and receive a full refund — contact us below.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights where a product is faulty, corrupted, or materially not as described. If a file cannot be downloaded or opened, contact us and we will re-issue it or, if we cannot resolve it, refund you.
Email Contact@Zentrum24.com from your account email with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Payment-card disputes should be raised with us first so we can help quickly.
